Does the price of the conference include the cruise?

The price of the conference is only for the conference.  The cruise must be purchased separately.

How do I book the cruise?

To attend the conference or participate in conference events, participants, their families, and guests must book their cruise through our travel agent, the CME experts at CME Custom Travel or call our rep Dan Guthner at (469) 314-6959 or email Dan@CMEcustomtravel.com. This ensures our company can provide conference services and complimentary social amenities to all meeting participants and their guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

If someone wants to join me on the cruise do they also have to purchase the conference?

The conference fees are only required for those individuals desiring CME credit.  Anyone can book the cruise without having to pay for the conference.

What happens if I can't go on the cruise?

The cancellation of the cruise and the conference will need to be handled separately.

Each cruise line has their own cancellation and refund policies.  We provide information from our negotiated rates when available.  Please review on their websites for the most current information.
